You Had Me At Hello – 1000 Watt Blog

Posted on June 25, 2012 by Jim Herrera in communication, real estate marketing

1000 Watt Consulting

I have been involved with small businesses for most of my career. Most recently in the real estate industry. I have run across 1000 Watt Consulting and would recommend them for any small (or large) brokerage who wants to get a leg up on the competition. (And no, I’m not being paid to say that. I just happen to really like these guys).

One of their recent blog posts struck me as something all small businesses should consider. We are sometimes so fond of our technology – smartphones, iPads, web-based CRM’s, etc. etc. – that we forget that these tools are really just that: tools. They are mechanisms we use to build relationships. And that the best way to build a relationship is to get in front of somebody and talk.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy their blog post.

If you like their point, let me know.

To you success!

Jim
